So light and smooth on the skin. It does leave a little white residue from the zinc oxide but you just have to rub it in and you good to go! Made with light non comedogenic oils so safe for face and body.
It's a broad spectrum sunscreen.
Because of the main active ingredient, non-nano zinc oxide, which is a broad-spectrum physical (mineral) UV filter you get the full range.
That means
1)UVB: Zinc oxide blocks UVB rays, which cause sunburn
2)UVA: It also protects against UVA rays, which penetrate deeper and contribute to aging and skin cancer.
Reapply every 2 hours if in constant sunlight
Average SPF 30 to 40
Mineral sunscreens (like ours) start working immediately upon application because they sit on the skin and reflect UV rays.
Note: You don’t need to wait a full 30 minutes after applying to go in the sun. That instruction on the label is more about giving it time to fully settle, dry, and evenly coat. And it's also for people who apply moisturizer on top of it, 15-30 mins waiting time allows it to soak in better.
